We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful, fully equipped lodge that had recently been renovated. It was in a great location with a lovely park nearby, complete with green spaces and a tranquil stream running through it. the lodge itself was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including some nice touches like milk, tea/coffee, and even cake left for us. the owners provided excellent communication throughout our stay, and we especially appreciated their prompt responses to any questions we had. the comfortable beds, pillows, and furniture made for a cozy and enjoyable stay. We also loved the outdoor decking area with a table and benching, ideal for relaxation. Parking space for two vehicles was a bonus, as we had our dogs with us, who were able to stay safely in the vehicles. the lodge's location also provided great opportunities for walking in beautiful surrounding areas.
We will definitely be returning to Sherdale Lodge - it was a wonderful break. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Parking was a bit inconvenient, as there was no designated path and the parking space often held water, making it difficult to avoid getting wet feet.
